NY Eve's Menu

This year we put together a delicious 4 courses menu, plus some surprises, and a complimentary glass of champagne for $59.00
The menu :
We'll start with classics revisited : 
Oysters on the shell, crispy shallots vinaigrette,
or
Foie Gras the Sue Perette Way,
Followed by a duo of main courses : 
- Citrus Poached Halibut and market vegetables,
- followed by Sue Perette's Thyme Brown Butter Filet Mignon (Voted "Best of Brooklyn" by the L Magazine)
